CALLOUTS
We have a flat labour rate of £50 per 30 mins*. To cover our callout costs we have a minimum charge of 1 hour.
Please note: Parking and congestion charges are additional if we are required to use or pay and display parking or enter the London congestion charge zone.
OVERCHARGING
We guarantee to never overcharge you, our customer, for any labour or materials that is fair and reasonable. We are always available to address any concerns you may have.
UPFRONT PRICING
We will always be upfront about pricing of materials and labour, so you always know what to expect. In the event that we do come across anything unexpected, we will always talk to you first before carrying out any extra work.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept a number of different payment methods, including cash, cheque and BACS transfer.
